PEOPLE ARE STUPID: The Disgruntled Neighbor
This is one I could just not pass up. I am driving down the road and I see this sign. How could I not take a picture of this? Apparently this person, who I might add owns a dog, is having a problem of sorts and has decided to take matters into his own hand. I think this crudely made sign sums things up pretty well.
